When you are a wedding vendor, there's one thing you are blessed with, and that's to play an important role in one of the most important days in your friends lives. Chelsea and Elliott are good people, some of my favorite people. When I heard they were getting married, I was overjoyed. As it often goes with my awesome friends, Chelsea pretty much gave me creative freedom for her flowers. She chose colors and we worked together to get the perfect look for the day. Colors from coral to blush, with pops of orange, and a hint of yellow. Lots of beautiful texture, and the peony of the fall, cafe au lait dahlias. Plus, my handsome husband Matt was an usher. I've known Elliott since I was 15 years old. We have a long history as friends. I couldn't have imagined all those years ago that I'd be making beautiful flowers for his wedding day.
This is Penny, their sweet little boston terrier. Such a cutie.
Chelse and Elliott met while working at Kelly's Westport in, so it was only appropriate that they stop by for a few drinks between pictures.
